A well known producer of snack foods faced major difficulties during last summer when their 1000kW water chiller supplying the factory air conditioning system completely failed.

Temperatures in the production area were becoming close to unbearable and the well being of the staff and continuity of production were in real jeopardy.

A Google search resulted in contact being made with the Chiller Hire Division of Coolmation and within 24 hours a temporary replacement had been delivered, installed and commissioned and production and staff moral normalised.

Weighing in at 6 tonnes, 7.5M long, 2.5M wide and 2.25M high, locating and connecting the temporary chiller into the existing system in such a short space of time was something of an engineering feat, but working alongside the companys engineering staff, Coolmations installation team completed the job to schedule.
